Ordering: 

When ordering online you are required to initially create an account, then subsequently you can login with your email address and password to view previous orders, progress on current orders and have your delivery information stored for future orders. 

Payment can be made for online orders by credit card (VISA, Mastercard & American Express), paypal, bank transfer, cheque and money order. Minimum $20.  

Online ordering calculates the postage for domestic orders; this is subject to change. It does not for international customers; they may have their postal costs confirmed via email if this is possible. 

All Website prices are defaulted to Australian dollars. We do provide a currency converter, but this is a guide only and you will be charged in Australian Dollars. 

ALL PRICES QUOTED INCLUDE GST. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 

Lengthy and detailed questions with an order are difficult to respond to and will delay your order. Where possible email your question and wait for the response before ordering. 

Domestic orders generally take at least one week. 

International orders take approximately 2-3 weeks from ordering. 

Please make sure you account for this when ordering. Further delays may result from parts being out of stock. We try to indicate what products are out of stock or not in desired quantity, on our Website but we do not guarantee this.
