This multipurpose switch mode power supply can be configured for 12VDC-24VDC or 24VDC-12VDC operation. Adjustable from 12V to 24V DC. The kit operates with up to 100W load but greater heatsinking will be required above 50W. Voltage selection is done by changing the value of a resistor and the number of turns on the transformer. The transformer is easy and simple to construct. Ideal for car stereo & GPS systems in trucks with 24VDC systems and for charging laptops or equipment that requires more than 12V. Kit includes PCB, all onboard components & parts to make the simple transformer.
