Unused Keithley model 197 TRUE RMS Digital Multimeter. It includes a RF probe making it useful for 1mV-1/100V (with the optional divider, which is included) RF measurements, with a frequency range of 20KHz-100MHz. It can be also configured for 4 terminal resistance measurement with a resolution of 1milliohm. Actually this is a model 1972 because it includes an IEE-488 interface option and includes an analogue output.

Included are a Quick Reference Guide, Operation and Servicing manual for the DMM, and the Operation and Servicing Manual for the 1973/1972 IEEE Interface.
