TERMS/GENERAL POLICY:
All Website prices are defaulted to Australian dollars. We do provide a currency converter, but this is a guide only and you will be charged in Australian Dollars.
We try to send out (not deliver) orders within 5 business days of receipt of order provided everything is in stock. We do not promise this.
If you order an item that is indicated as not being in stock or in the desired quantity your order will be held until all items are available.
If an item is out of stock, but not indicated on the Website as being so, we may split your order and send what we can.
Some of our items, apart from components in component list, have a warranty for 90 days from date of dispatch. We may replace, fix, or refund your money (not including P&P) for faulty items at our discretion. This only applies where we are satisfied that the cause of the fault was not due to abuse by the user. We cannot give a warranty on kits, as we are only supplying a set of components. However, we will agree to fix kits supplied by us and made to a good standard, provided $15 to cover postage is enclosed. Please check everything you have done thoroughly, as it may take us a long time to repair these kits. If when you open a kit, or obtain an item, you find the kit or item was not what you expected, you may return this kit or item for a refund of the cost of the kit or item only, minus a 10% restocking and repackaging charge. We do not refund our P&P charge or the cost of your return freight. We cannot refund for kits where components have already been soldered.
We do make occasional mistakes in packing, please check your orders on arrival before using or assembling. Please inform us when packing mistakes occur.
All items and components, unless stated otherwise are either fresh unused, or old unused stock. Used items are always detailed as such. Some of our items are surplus, and will not be available again once existing stocks are sold out.
